GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising under this disclaimer shall be subject to binding arbitration in Wyoming, and you expressly waive your right to a jury trial or class-action lawsuit.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT
